At Madison Pomeranian, we are committed to ensuring the health, happiness, and wellbeing of both our puppies and their new families. We understand that adopting a puppy is a big decision, and sometimes things don’t go as expected. Our goal is to make sure that your experience is smooth and satisfactory. If you have any concerns about your new Pomeranian, please read through our return policy for more information.
We offer a 30-day return policy for any Pomeranian puppy that develops health issues that were pre-existing at the time of adoption. If your pup shows symptoms of a serious health problem within the first 30 days, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Conditions for Return:
The puppy must be returned with its complete health records (vaccinations, vet checkups).
The issue must be confirmed by a licensed veterinarian (documentation required).
The return must happen within 30 days from the adoption date.
What Happens After You Return the Puppy:
We will offer you a full refund or a replacement puppy (based on availability).
If a refund is requested, it will be issued within 7-10 business days after receiving the puppy back.
A replacement puppy will be provided only if we have another suitable pup available.
If you change your mind or feel that the adoption isn’t a good fit, we allow returns within 7 days for non-health related reasons. We understand that sometimes, life situations change, and we want to ensure that the pup finds the right home.
Conditions for Return:
The puppy must be returned in the same condition as when it was adopted (no signs of injury, illness, or neglect).
You must provide a written explanation for the return.
What Happens After You Return the Puppy:
A refund of the adoption fee will be issued, minus any non-refundable processing fees.
The puppy will be placed back into our care until we find a new home.
Puppies require time to adjust to their new home, and some may experience initial behavioral issues. While we are here to support you during this transition, please understand that behavior-related issues are not grounds for a return. We recommend seeking professional training or advice for any adjustment concerns.
However, if your puppy exhibits serious behavioral problems that affect its ability to function as a pet (e.g., aggression), we will assess the situation and work with you to resolve it. If necessary, we can provide a replacement pup or discuss other solutions.

Accidental Injuries: Injuries sustained after adoption (e.g., accidents, rough play) are not covered by our return policy.
